An Account Manager is required to deliver an excellent service to existing clients for an expanding marketing consultancy. Working within a small busy team, you will have a track record of developing strong working relationships with clients.
The job will involve:
*Ensuring that client requirements are understood and exceeded through planned, structured communication (face to face, email and telephone)
*Consistently reviewing the delivery of service to ensure that an outstanding service is always maintained. Trouble shooting and implementing improvements to processes when identified.
*Ensuring that service level agreements are always satisfied by the team.
*Producing regular reporting information for clients on performance and delivery of service
(using MS Excel)
*Acting as the first point of contact for any queries from clients and resolving any issues to a satisfactory resolution
*Analysing data to identify any issues and to improve the service to clients
