Arts Consultant / Assistant Gallery Manager

ABOUT THE CLIENT:
My client is a well established provider of art that prides itself on making art accessible to the masses.

Due to an internal promotion an opportunity has arisen for an ARTS CONSULTANT or ASSISTANT GALLERY MANAGER to commence ASAP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be to develop relationships with customers and secure sales from customers either face to face or from online enquiries.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Outstanding face to face selling skills - having the ability to identify buying signals.
Articulate and clear
The ability to sell the story and vision of an artist to potential customers.
Ideally knowledge of the art world or a demonstrable passion for art and culture
Competent IT skills
Experienced in retail..

WHAT IS ON OFFER?
* The opportunity to work for a national art company
* A salary of up to 18K DOE
* Bonus potential of between 5-10K per year + team gallery bonus 28 days holiday (including Bank holidays)
