As part of the Integrated Youth Support and Development Service, Youth and Play Services delivers positive activities that provide Bristol's children and young people with personal and social development to secure better outcomes for the future.

We need a motivated, positive individual to join our dedicated team and lead on the improvement of quality and access to play opportunities for children and young people aged 5-16 years, and support a wide range of play, creative, curriculum, cultural and behavioural needs. You'll work hard to establish trust and continuity with them and the communities in which they live, so excellent interpersonal skills are crucial as is an understanding and open mind. Previous experience in a similar area would be helpful and you'll be committed to improving outcomes for Bristol's community. This is challenging and rewarding role in which you will work with all types of people and have an opportunity to really make a difference.

Post is not suitable for job share.
An enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check will be required for this post. A criminal record is not necessarily a barrier to employment.
